Thank you to Nancy and DeAnne for sorting through all the donations upstairs for our shoeboxes this week. We have 60 shoeboxes left to be filled by the church. WE NEED YOUR HELP. Here is a list of items which will need to be purchased for our shoeboxes.

Ready for some good food and great fellowship? Join us for our next Wanderer’ s Trip to the Cracker Barrel in Ringgold on Thursday, August 21st. We will be leaving the church on the van at 5:00. This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a meal together. Please sign up in the foyer if you plan to attend so we can reserve enough seats.

Bro. Marshall will be leaving out this week on a mission trip to Zimbabwe from July 21- August 1. Please be in prayer for him as he prepares to share God’s word and for safe travels. Pray for hearts to be receptive to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Wanderer’s will be going to Baby Hughy’s in Rock Spring to eat on Thursday, July 24th. The church van will leave at 5:00. Come enjoy good food, fun fellowship, and a great time together. If you plan to attend, please sign up on the sheet in the vestibule. We hope you’ll join us!
We will be collecting school supplies for this year’s Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes through the months of July and August.

Today, we joyfully celebrate Pastor Dean’s 5-Year Anniversary of service here at Bethel Baptist. We give thanks to God for the unwavering dedication, spiritual guidance, and compassionate leadership that Pastor Dean has shared with our congregation.
Over the past five years, Pastor Dean has faithfully preached the Word, prayed for and with us, and walked alongside us through both joyful and challenging times. His heart for ministry and love for this church family has made a lasting impact. We are looking forward to many more years of growing together in Christ.
We are blessed to welcome the Turnmire Family this morning, Sunday June 29th, as they share their musical gifts with us in worship. May their songs uplift our hearts and bring glory to God!
Please note the change! Instead of a cookout, we will now have a covered dish supper on Wednesday night, June 25th. Bring your favorite dish to share and enjoy a wonderful evening of food and fellowship beginning at 6:00.

It was decided Wednesday night that the next Wanderer’s Trip would be on Thursday, June 19th. We will be heading to Portofino’s in East Ridge. The sign-up sheet is available in the vestibule.
We finally made it to the last of our monthly shoebox emphasis. This month we will focus on Boys & Girls ages 10-14. The last set of “flowers” have been added to the Nursery door. De Anne has also provided a master list, which can be found in the vestibule.
This Wednesday night, May 28th, will be our fellowship supper beginning at 6:00. We will have a cookout with the church providing the meat and buns. Please see DeAnne this morning to let her know what you would like to bring. Don’t forget those desserts!
Ready for good food and great fellowship? The Wanderer’s are headed to The Willow Tree in Summerville, Tuesday night May 20th. The church van will leave at 5:00. Don’t’ forget to get your name on the sign-up sheet in the vestibule.
Help us fill shoeboxes with joy for Boys and Girls ages 5–9 around the world! We’re collecting small gifts and essentials to share God’s love in a very real, very fun way — one shoebox at a time. Pick a “flower” from the Nursery Door which has a specific need for this age group. Don’t like shopping? No problem! You can donate money, and we’ll shop for you — just mark your donation “Shoeboxes.” Let’s bless some 5–9-year-olds with gifts that bring giggles — and point them to Jesus. Because a little box can carry a whole lot of love.
We may not all be able to open our homes, but we can open our hearts — and our wallets — to support children in need.
The Georgia Baptist Children’s Home provides love, care, and hope to children and teens who’ve experienced unimaginable hardship.
